Leif
was engaged by Marabou in October 1993. The company had been acquired by Kraft
and its IS Manager had been requested to spend most of his time addressing the
IS / IT-consequences of the merger, hence forcing a need for back-up management.
Leif had worked with Marabou before and was pleased to accept the challenge. The
Marabou IS organisation was running very smoothly, with everyone clear about
their role and responsibility. The commission was to continue to run the
organisation as usual;
In 1994,
Leif became the Swedish representative in a Kraft European committee, working on
a pan-European common coding system for products. In April ‘94, the IS Manager returned
and Leif’s commission gradually reduced from June until October. |
